Director of Senior Programs, Longhorn Soccer Club, Austin, Texas. 1999 - Present.

Direct and train youth teams for U-15 to U-18 ages, coach senior team and other club teams as needed. Conduct training sessions for all senior teams. Assist and counsel players in college soccer placement and recruiting. Direct senior coaching staff in player develpment priorities and team development issues.

Men's Soccer Coach, University of the Ozarks, Clarksville, Arkansas. 1996 - 1999.

Started men's and women's program, administrative responsibilities for entire soccer program and compliance responsibilities on a department-wide basis. Developed team from 0-12-1 first year to 10-8-2 in their third season, with no juniors or seniors on the roster. Team received votes in regional rankings during mid-season. Numerous all-conference selections, academic all-conference awards. All recruited players maintained academic eligibility throughout tenure.

Director of Coaching, River City Rangers F.C., Austin, Texas. 1991 - 1996.

Responsible for player development and coaching development for 16 team select club. Placed numerous teams into State Championship finals and numerous players into college programs at all levels across the United States. Conducted coaching education seminars for club coaches.
